A: We support small-batch trial production with a minimum order quantity of 20-50 units.

• Q: What is the general production cycle for standard products?

A: The small-batch production cycle for standard products is 10-20 days, and the delivery cycle for large-batch orders is subject to the contract agreement.

• Q: Do you accept third-party inspection?

A: We fully support and accept product inspection by third-party testing/inspection institutions with legal qualifications, and can cooperate with the whole-process inspection services including factory supervision, production process inspection and full performance inspection before delivery.

• Q: What if the goods are damaged upon arrival?

A: We will strictly inspect the quality and reinforce the packaging before shipment. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please provide proof such as damaged photos, videos and logistics waybills after receiving the goods. After verification and confirmation, we will provide you with replacement, reissue or corresponding compensation plans.

Our company has strong production capacity, with a monthly production capacity of about 1,000 complete machines, and the actual production capacity will fluctuate reasonably according to the production schedule. We ensure on-time delivery of orders through a perfect production management system, strict scheduling planning, stable supply chain guarantee and targeted emergency plans.

The pre-development cycle for customized products is about 2-3 months, and after the plan is confirmed, the small-batch production cycle is about 1 month. The delivery cycle for regular repeat orders is better than the first order, with faster delivery; the specific delivery time shall be subject to the company's current production schedule.
