We can provide customized prototypes and pre-production samples according to your technical requirements, drawings or functional requirements before formal mass production. The development cycle of customized samples is about 2-3 months, depending on the customization difficulty. Free samples are not available for the time being, and the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order after reaching batch cooperation. We support small-batch trial production with a minimum order quantity of 20-50 units, and mixed models and colors are not supported for orders with the same minimum order quantity.

We will provide customized export packaging solutions according to different customer needs, transportation methods and protection requirements to fully meet customer needs. All products will undergo a strict 100% full inspection before packaging to ensure product quality is qualified. We use high-strength fumigated wooden boxes for packaging, filled with EPE buffer materials and moisture-proof films inside, which can effectively prevent products from being damaged by collision, moisture and corrosion during long-distance transportation.

We mainly support FOB trade terms, and we are responsible for the costs of transporting goods to the port and customs declaration and exit; at the same time, we can cooperate with EXW, DDP and other terms for negotiation and cooperation, and the final shall be subject to the written agreement in the contract between both parties. We will strictly inspect the quality and reinforce the packaging before shipment. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please provide proof such as damaged photos, videos and logistics waybills within 24 hours after receiving the goods. After verification and confirmation, we will provide you with replacement, reissue or corresponding compensation plans to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

For regular orders, a 30% deposit is paid in advance to arrange production, and the remaining 70% balance is paid before shipment. The final shall be subject to the written agreement in the contract between both parties in combination with the actual situation. For customized products, a 50% deposit is required, and full payment is made before shipment; if additional investment such as mold opening and customized tooling is required, the relevant fees shall be negotiated separately, and the final shall be subject to the written agreement in the contract between both parties in combination with the actual situation.

We support large-volume procurement, and the larger the order quantity, the more tiered discount we can provide. We accept major international settlement currencies such as US dollars, euros and pounds, and all currencies that can be normally settled across borders are acceptable. We will provide customers with a full set of customs clearance documents such as formal commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading to facilitate customers to handle customs clearance and payment procedures.
