With core advantages including rapid and reliable switching, excellent safety performance, maintenance-free operation, compact size, light weight, and long service life, it has become a preferred core device for outdoor power distribution networks.

The product is suitable for a wide operating temperature range of –40 °C to +45 °C, enabling it to easily withstand extreme climates and complex outdoor environments in different regions. It maintains stable operation without frequent maintenance, significantly reducing labor and maintenance time costs.

In terms of core performance, the Intelligent Integrated Vacuum Circuit Breaker has a rated current of 630 A, phase current specifications of 600 A / 1 V, and a zero-sequence current of 20 A / 0.2 V. The accuracy class reaches 0.5S (5P) for phase current and 1 (10P) for zero-sequence current.

Voltage measurement performance is also excellent, with phase voltage (10 kV/√3)/(3.25 V/√3) and zero-sequence voltage (10 kV/√3)/(6.5 V/√3), corresponding to accuracy classes of 0.5 (3P) and 1 (3P), respectively, ensuring accurate and reliable acquisition of electrical parameters.

The Intelligent Integrated Vacuum Circuit Breaker demonstrates outstanding insulation and switching performance. The 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage between phases and to ground is 42 kV, and 48 kV across the contacts. The lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) is 75 kV between phases and to ground, and 85 kV across the contacts. Partial discharge at 14.4 kV is ≤ 20 pC, and the resistance of each phase circuit is ≤ 80 μΩ, effectively ensuring insulation safety and power transmission efficiency.

 

Operating performance is highly efficient and precise. The contact gap is 9 ± 1 mm, with an overtravel of 2 ± 0.5 mm. The average closing and opening speeds are both 1.1 ± 0.2 m/s. The closing contact bounce time is ≤ 2 ms, the intrinsic opening time is ≤ 10 ms, and the three-phase non-simultaneity is ≤ 2 mm, ensuring fast response and excellent synchronization.
In addition, the product is equipped with a DC 28 V, single-phase 10 W power supply unit to meet stable power supply requirements. It is widely applied in urban power distribution network upgrades, rural grid renovation projects, industrial park power distribution systems, new energy power station support, and outdoor substation distribution applications. The product meets the protection and control requirements of traditional power systems while also supporting the development trend of primary and secondary integration in smart grids, providing a solid guarantee for the safe, efficient, and intelligent operation of power systems.
