Our 15kV Distribution Recloser is an intelligent protection device tailored for 15kV level distribution networks, designed for hierarchical and graded protection and automatic networking needs of distribution networks. As a manufacturer with nearly 30 years of in-depth engagement in high-voltage distribution equipment, our 15kV Distribution Recloser is deeply compatible with the operation characteristics of distribution lines, can accurately identify common distribution faults such as phase-to-phase short circuits and single-phase grounding, and completes automatic reclosing and fault isolation with the intelligent control unit, greatly improving the power supply reliability of the distribution network and reducing the scope of power outage impact. Backed by more than 100 patented technologies and mature mass production experience, our 15kV Distribution Recloser has been widely used in distribution network automation transformation projects in multiple provinces and cities in China, and is the core supporting equipment for distribution system upgrading and transformation.

 

This device adopts a modular structure design, with integrated layout of the core arc extinguishing unit and operating mechanism, which not only ensures the stability of equipment operation, but also facilitates on-site overhaul and maintenance. The device adopts vacuum arc extinguishing and epoxy resin solid insulation technology, with reliable insulation performance and strong environmental adaptability. Paired with a permanent magnet operating mechanism, it has rapid action response and a mechanical service life of more than 10,000 times, which can meet the frequent operation needs of distribution lines. We can customize functions according to customers' distribution network topology and protection setting requirements, and provide corresponding intelligent controllers and communication modules to help customers quickly build an intelligent distribution protection system and adapt to distribution network construction standards in different regions.
