From coastal rainy areas to northwest sandstorm areas, from northeast low-temperature environments to plateau strong ultraviolet scenarios, our Outdoor 15kV Recloser has completed actual project verification and can provide reliable fault protection for outdoor distribution lines.
This device adopts a fully sealed pole structure, the shell is made of weather-resistant material, and the overall protection rating reaches IP65, which can effectively block rain and dust from invading the inside of the device. The core insulating parts are made of ultraviolet-resistant and aging-resistant epoxy resin material, and the external insulation creepage distance meets outdoor use standards, greatly reducing the risk of insulation faults in outdoor environments. The device integrates a vacuum arc extinguishing unit and a permanent magnet operating mechanism, which does not require frequent maintenance and can reduce the operation and maintenance workload of outdoor lines. We can provide targeted environment adaptation solutions according to the environmental characteristics of customers' projects, such as adding salt spray prevention treatment for coastal areas and improving insulation margin for plateau areas, to ensure that the equipment adapts to the local outdoor working conditions.

Customization Capability

Packaging and Transportation
In response to the cross-border transportation demand for outdoor equipment such as outdoor reclosers, we adopt a reinforced export packaging solution, with high-strength packaging boxes on the outside and custom buffer liners and moisture-proof sealing layers on the inside, to avoid equipment damage caused by bumps and moisture during transportation. Conventional orders default to FOB trade terms, and we are responsible for the costs related to cargo transportation to the port and customs declaration and exit. At the same time, we can also negotiate other trade methods such as EXW and DDP according to customer needs. All packaging and transportation details will be clearly agreed in the contract to ensure that the equipment is delivered to the project site safely and intact.
Quality Control
We have established strict quality control standards for outdoor equipment, with special inspection nodes set up in every link from raw material selection to finished product delivery. When raw materials enter the factory, special inspections will be carried out for the weather resistance of shell materials and insulating materials. During the production process, the sealing process and assembly accuracy are controlled throughout the process. Before finished products leave the factory, 100% full inspection is implemented. In addition to conventional electrical performance and mechanical performance testing, environmental adaptability tests such as protection rating verification and high and low temperature cycle tests will also be completed. We support third-party institutions to conduct full-process supervision and factory inspection, and all test data are archived and traceable, ensuring that each delivered equipment meets the use standards of outdoor working conditions.
