Based on years of industry experience, most failures of outdoor circuit breakers are caused by the external disconnector and the PT. To address these issues, our company has developed the ZW32N-12/630G-20 deeply integrated pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker (with built-in isolation).
This High Voltage Integrated Vacuum Circuit Breaker is outdoor distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12 kV and is suitable for three-phase AC 50 Hz power systems.
The High Voltage Integrated Vacuum Circuit Breaker adopts mature silicone rubber composite epoxy resin APG technology, integrating current sensors, voltage sensors, live-line display indicators, PT primary terminals, vacuum interrupters, and disconnectors into a fully sealed pole column.
This design achieves deep integration of the pole-mounted circuit breaker, providing comprehensive functions such as measurement, protection, and synchronous line loss monitoring. Only a single cable is required to connect to the feeder terminal unit (FTU), making on-site installation simple and convenient.
Because the contact blades and contacts are exposed to outdoor environments for long periods, the contact points are prone to oxidation. In addition, the mechanical interlock has a long transmission path, making it susceptible to jamming, and it cannot be equipped with an electrical interlock. The primary wiring of the PT (potential transformer) is also exposed, resulting in serious oxidation and corrosion.
