27kV Interlocking Recloser

The 27kV Interlocking Recloser features excellent core performance indicators, including a rated current of 630 A, enabling it to reliably meet the conventional power transmission requirements of medium- and high-voltage distribution networks. It has a rated short-circuit breaking current of 16 kA, a rated short-circuit making current and rated peak withstand current of 40 kA, and a rated short-time withstand current of 16 kA for 3 seconds.

These characteristics allow the recloser to rapidly activate protection functions during short-circuit faults, reliably interrupt fault currents, withstand short-duration impact currents, and quickly restore power supply through its linked reclosing function, significantly reducing economic losses and user inconvenience caused by power outages.

The operating performance is precise and controllable, strictly following the rated operating sequence of "O–0.2 s–CO–2 s–CO–2 s–CO–2 s–CO." Closing and opening simultaneity is controlled within ≤2 ms, contact bounce is ≤3 ms, the closing time is ≤60 ms, and the opening time is ≤40 ms. The device operates electrically with a rated control voltage of DC 220 V, providing sensitive response and efficient control.

The insulation protection capability meets high industry standards. The 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage (RMS) for switch contacts, phase-to-phase, and phase-to-ground is 60 kV, while the lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) for the same insulation paths reaches 150 kV. Partial discharge is ≤10 pC at a test voltage of 1.2Ur/√3. These features effectively protect against overvoltage and partial discharge risks, ensuring insulation safety and long-term stable operation in complex outdoor environments.
