Equipped with a three-phase linked drive mechanism, the 15kV Interlocking Recloser supports both electric and manual operation modes. The manual tripping mechanism is fitted with a mechanical interlock device to prevent misoperation.
With an IP67 protection rating and a mechanical life of no less than 10,000 operations, it serves as a core technical device for ensuring stable grid operation and enhancing user experience.
The 15kV Interlocking Recloser uses vacuum as the arc-extinguishing medium, while the insulation system adopts a composite design of solid epoxy resin and air, providing stable and reliable insulation performance.
The rated short-time power-frequency withstand voltage to ground, phase-to-phase, and across the contacts is 50 kV, and the rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) to ground, phase-to-phase, and across the contacts reaches 110 kV. Partial discharge is ≤ 10 pC under a test voltage of 1.2 Ur/√3, effectively resisting grid overvoltage surges and partial discharge hazards and ensuring insulation safety under complex operating conditions.
The core performance is excellent. The recloser has a rated current of 630 A, capable of carrying the normal power transmission loads of medium- and high-voltage distribution networks. The rated short-circuit making current (peak) is 31.5 kA, and the rated short-time withstand current is 12.5 kA for 3 seconds, enabling rapid response to short-circuit faults, reliable making of fault currents, and resistance to short-duration impacts. Combined with the linked reclosing function, it can quickly restore power supply and significantly reduce outage losses.
The product demonstrates strong adaptability to outdoor environments and can operate reliably under harsh conditions such as high temperatures, high humidity, sand, dust, rain, and snow. It operates stably without frequent maintenance, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
