With nearly 30 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in outdoor high-voltage equipment, our Outdoor 27kV Recloser has reached the industry's advanced level in waterproof and dustproof, high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, anti-corrosion and other aspects, and can operate stably for a long time in various harsh outdoor environments such as rain, snow, sand dust, high temperature and severe cold. From coastal saline-alkali areas to inland sandstorm areas, from high-temperature exposure scenarios to low-temperature severe cold environments, our Outdoor 27kV Recloser has mature project application cases, and its reliable environmental adaptability is widely recognized by customers.

 

This device adopts a fully sealed outdoor special structure, the shell is made of weather-resistant and anti-corrosion material, and the overall protection rating is excellent, which can effectively block external water vapor and dust from invading the inside of the device. The insulating parts are made of special epoxy resin material resistant to ultraviolet rays and aging, and the external insulation creepage distance meets strict outdoor standards, greatly reducing the risk of insulation faults in outdoor environments. The device is equipped with a permanent magnet operating mechanism and a vacuum interrupter, and the core components are maintenance-free, which can reduce the operation and maintenance frequency and cost of outdoor lines. We can provide targeted strengthening schemes according to the specific environment of the project, such as adding anti-salt spray coating for coastal areas and optimizing the low-temperature performance of the mechanism for alpine regions, to ensure that the equipment perfectly adapts to the local outdoor working conditions.
