With nearly 30 years of in-depth engagement in the high-voltage vacuum switch field, our 27kV Vacuum Circuit Recloser adopts an independently optimized vacuum interrupter structure, with fast arc extinguishing speed and low current chopping value. It can stably complete short-circuit fault breaking at the 27kV voltage level to avoid fault expansion causing damage to distribution equipment. Relying on the accumulation of more than 100 patented technologies, our 27kV Vacuum Circuit Recloser deeply integrates the breaking capacity of circuit breakers with the automatic power restoration function of reclosers, which not only has reliable fault breaking performance, but also greatly improves the power supply continuity of distribution lines, making it an optimal solution for the upgrading and transformation of medium-voltage distribution lines.

 

This device adopts a permanent magnet operating mechanism to drive the vacuum interrupter to act, with fast opening and closing response and a mechanical service life of more than 10,000 times, which can adapt to the frequent operation needs of distribution lines. The device adopts an integrated sealed design as a whole, and the core electrical components are effectively isolated from the external environment, which can adapt to complex outdoor working conditions. At the same time, it has perfect protection logic setting function, which can adjust the number of reclosing, action interval and protection setting according to line operation requirements. We support function customization according to customers' system parameters and usage scenarios, and follow up the whole process from vacuum interrupter parameter matching to protection logic debugging, ensuring that the equipment accurately adapts to customers' 27kV distribution systems and provides stable protection for line operation.

We have established a special quality control system for vacuum switch products, setting up multiple quality verification nodes from vacuum interrupter incoming inspection to finished product delivery inspection. After the vacuum interrupters arrive, they will be subject to air tightness leak detection and partial discharge test one by one to ensure that the core components meet the performance standards. During the production process, the assembly accuracy and mechanism synchronization are controlled throughout the process to eliminate assembly errors affecting equipment performance. 100% full inspection is implemented before finished product packaging, covering core dimensions such as electrical parameters, mechanical properties and sealing performance. Each device is accompanied by a complete test report, and the data are archived and traceable. We fully support third-party institutions to conduct factory supervision and full-item performance inspection before delivery, ensuring that the delivered products fully meet the agreed technical standards.
