Payment Terms
For standard medium-voltage recloser orders, we adopt the conventional settlement mode of 30% advance deposit for production arrangement and the remaining 70% balance paid off before delivery. For customized orders, 50% deposit is required in advance, and delivery is arranged after the full payment is received. The fees for customized tooling and exclusive mold opening can be negotiated separately. We support settlement in a variety of major international currencies such as US dollars, euros and British pounds, which can meet the payment needs of customers in different regions. For channel customers with annual cooperation and batch procurement, we provide tiered price discounts. The higher the purchase volume, the greater the corresponding discount. All commercial terms shall be subject to the formal contract agreement of both parties.
Packaging and Transportation
In response to cross-border batch procurement needs, we provide customized export packaging solutions, and design exclusive packaging according to product quantity, transportation method and protection requirements. Each single device is wrapped in a moisture-proof sealing bag, paired with custom buffer liners and reinforced packaging boxes. For batch orders, full-container reinforcement schemes can be adopted to avoid bumps, moisture and other problems during long-distance transportation. Conventional orders default to FOB trade terms, and we are responsible for the costs related to cargo transportation to the port and customs declaration and exit. At the same time, we can also negotiate other trade methods such as EXW and DDP according to customer needs. All packaging and transportation details will be clearly agreed in the contract to ensure that the equipment is delivered to the designated location safely and intact.
