This 10KV vacuum circuit breaker features an outdoor-oriented design with a compact structure and strong weather resistance, enabling it to adapt easily to complex outdoor environments across different regions. It maintains stable operation under high temperatures, extreme cold, high humidity, and dusty conditions.
With a mechanical life of up to 10,000 operating cycles and 30 short-circuit breaking operations at the rated short-circuit breaking current, it fully meets the requirements for frequent, long-term operation, demonstrating outstanding durability and reliability.
In terms of core performance parameters, the 10KV vacuum circuit breaker delivers excellent performance. It has a rated current of 630 A, enabling it to handle high-power transmission tasks; a rated short-circuit breaking current of 20 kA; a rated peak withstand current and rated short-circuit making current of 50 kA (peak); and a rated short-time withstand current of 20 kA for 4 seconds.
These characteristics allow the circuit breaker to respond rapidly to short circuits and other faults, instantly interrupting fault currents, preventing fault propagation, and effectively protecting substations, distribution equipment, and transmission lines.

Regarding insulation performance, the product meets high protection standards. The power-frequency withstand voltage (1 minute) is 34 kV under wet conditions, and 42 kV phase-to-ground and 48 kV across the contacts under dry conditions. The lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) is 75 kV phase-to-ground and 85 kV across the contacts, enabling the breaker to withstand power grid overvoltage surges and ensuring insulation stability under complex voltage environments. In addition, the secondary circuit has a 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage of 2 kV, further enhancing operational safety and reliability.
In terms of operating performance, the product follows the standard operating sequence of "Open – 0.3 s – Close–Open – 180 s – Close–Open," featuring clear operating logic and rapid response to achieve precise control.
