27kV Auto Recloser

The 27kV Auto Recloser offers outstanding core performance, including a rated current of 630 A, enabling stable operation under the power transmission loads of medium- and high-voltage distribution networks. It has a rated short-circuit breaking current of 16 kA, a rated short-circuit making current and rated peak withstand current of 40 kA, and a rated short-time withstand current of 16 kA for 3 seconds.

The device can rapidly respond to short-circuit faults, reliably interrupt fault currents, and withstand short-duration impact currents. When combined with its automatic reclosing function, it can quickly restore power supply, significantly reducing power outage losses.

The operating performance is precise and efficient, following the rated operating sequence of "O–0.2 s–CO–2 s–CO–2 s–CO–2 s–CO." Closing and opening simultaneity is ≤2 ms, contact bounce is ≤3 ms, the closing time is ≤60 ms, and the opening time is ≤40 ms. The recloser operates electrically with a rated control voltage of DC 220 V, providing fast response and convenient control.

The insulation performance meets high industry standards. The 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage (RMS) for switch contacts, phase-to-phase, and phase-to-ground is 60 kV, while the lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) for the same insulation paths is 150 kV. Partial discharge is ≤10 pC at a test voltage of 1.2Ur/√3. These characteristics enable the device to effectively withstand grid overvoltage surges and partial discharge risks, ensuring insulation safety under complex operating conditions.
