This product is specifically developed for outdoor applications and adopts a high-strength sealed structure combined with weather-resistant materials, enabling it to operate reliably under complex outdoor conditions such as high temperatures, extreme cold, high humidity, and dust. It features a mechanical life of up to 10,000 operating cycles and is capable of performing 30 short-circuit breaking operations at the rated short-circuit breaking current, fully meeting the requirements of high-frequency operation and ensuring stable, long-term reliability.
- In terms of performance parameters, the circuit breaker offers flexible adaptability. Rated current options of 630 A and 1250 A are available to meet different power distribution requirements. The rated short-circuit breaking current is available at two levels, 20 kA and 25 kA, with corresponding rated peak withstand current and rated short-circuit making current of 50 kA or 63 kA. The rated short-time withstand current is 20 kA for 4 seconds, enabling rapid fault response and circuit interruption to prevent equipment damage and fault escalation.
- The insulation performance strictly complies with high industry standards. The power-frequency withstand voltage (1 minute) is 34 kV under wet conditions, and 42 kV phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground, as well as 48 kV across the contacts, under dry conditions. The lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) is 75 kV phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground, and 85 kV across the contacts, providing effective resistance to overvoltage surges. In addition, the secondary circuit has a 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage of 2 kV, further enhancing overall safety protection.
The operating design follows the standard sequence of "Open – 0.3 s – Close–Open – 180 s – Close–Open," ensuring precise operation and rapid response, and facilitating efficient operation and maintenance.
