It adopts a pillar-type three-phase solid-sealed pole integrated structure, with current transformers and voltage sensors integrated inside the poles. Combined with a permanent-magnet operating mechanism and a three-phase linkage transmission system, it achieves synchronous and coordinated operation of all three phases.
The device supports both electric opening and closing as well as manual tripping modes. The manual tripping mechanism is equipped with a mechanical interlock to prevent misoperation, and a built-in mechanical counter displays the number of opening and closing operations in real time.
It has an IP65 protection rating and a mechanical life of no less than 10,000 operating cycles, making it a key piece of equipment for promoting smart grid upgrades and ensuring safe and stable power supply. The Interlock type Recloser uses vacuum as the arc-extinguishing medium, providing efficient and reliable arc-extinguishing performance.
The rated breaking current is 16 kA, the rated short-time withstand current is 16 kA for 3 seconds, and the rated short-circuit breaking capacity is not less than 30 operations. The device can respond rapidly to short-circuit faults, accurately interrupt fault currents, and quickly restore power supply through its linkage reclosing function, significantly reducing power outage losses.

The insulation performance meets high standards for high-voltage equipment, with a rated power-frequency withstand voltage of 70 kV across the contact gap and a rated lightning impulse withstand voltage of 170 kV phase-to-ground and phase-to-phase. The minimum external creepage distance is 31 mm/kV, enabling the equipment to withstand grid overvoltage surges and harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and dust, thereby ensuring long-term stable operation.
The operating design balances safety and convenience, following the scientific operating sequence of "O-0.5 s-CO-2 s-CO-5 s-CO." The operations are coordinated and precise, and the mechanical interlock and operation counter associated with manual tripping enhance operational safety while allowing maintenance personnel to monitor equipment status in real time.
