Our 11 kv breaker is an outdoor high-voltage protection device specially designed for 11kV medium-voltage power distribution systems. Adopting advanced vacuum arc extinguishing technology, it can quickly and safely interrupt normal load current, overload current and short-circuit current, providing reliable protection and control for power systems. This 11 kv breaker adopts a fully sealed structure design, and its shell is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It can operate stably in extreme temperature environments from -40℃ to +70℃, and has excellent waterproof, dustproof and salt spray resistance properties, making it particularly suitable for use in harsh outdoor environments. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber uses imported high-quality copper-chromium alloy contact materials, with a mechanical life of more than 20,000 times and an electrical life of more than 10,000 times, truly realizing maintenance-free operation and greatly reducing customers' operating costs. Compared with traditional oil circuit breakers and SF6 circuit breakers, our 11 kv breaker contains no harmful substances and has zero greenhouse gas emissions, making it a truly environmentally friendly power equipment.

We have established a quality management system of "full participation, whole-process control and full traceability", and each 11 kv breaker must undergo a strict 100% full inspection before leaving the factory. Our quality inspection team consists of more than 30 professional and technical personnel, and is equipped with advanced testing instruments such as 10kV primary and secondary integrated complete equipment test system, high and low temperature test chamber, partial discharge tester and lightning impulse test equipment, to conduct comprehensive inspections on core dimensions such as product appearance integrity, mechanical properties, electrical parameters, accessory completeness and label compliance.

We fully support and accept product inspection by third-party testing/inspection institutions with legal qualifications, and can cooperate with the whole-process inspection services including factory supervision, production process inspection and full performance inspection before delivery. All product inspection results are recorded in detail and systematically archived to achieve full-process traceability, ensuring that each 11 kv breaker delivered to customers fully meets the technical standards and quality requirements agreed in the contract.

We are the supporting unit of Henan Engineering Technology Research Center for Intelligent High-Voltage Sensors, with a professional R&D team composed of more than 50 senior engineers, and have obtained more than 100 national patents in the field of high-voltage electrical engineering.
