Our independently developed and manufactured 27kV Automatic Circuit Recloser is a fully automatic fault protection device designed for 27kV medium-voltage distribution systems, adapting to the protection needs of higher voltage level distribution networks. Relying on nearly 30 years of R&D and manufacturing accumulation in high-voltage switches, our 27kV Automatic Circuit Recloser has special optimization for the 27kV voltage level in insulation design, arc extinguishing performance and control logic. It can automatically detect line faults and complete opening/closing and reclosing operations, quickly isolate fault sections and restore power supply in non-fault areas, effectively improving the power supply continuity and operation stability of 27kV distribution systems. At present, this device has been applied to multiple medium-voltage distribution projects and has been recognized by customers for its stable performance.
This device adopts vacuum arc extinguishing technology paired with an optimized solid insulation structure, with sufficient insulation margin, which can meet the insulation requirements of 27kV systems. It is equipped with a permanent magnet operating mechanism with three-phase mechanical linkage, with fast opening and closing actions and good synchronization, and a mechanical service life of more than 10,000 times. The device adopts an outdoor sealed design as a whole, with up-to-standard protection rating, and can be directly installed on outdoor poles, adapting to various installation scenarios. We support adjusting the rated parameters, protection logic and communication functions of the equipment according to the power grid standards of the customer's region, and can also provide supporting accessories such as intelligent controllers and voltage transformers to provide customers with a complete 27kV line protection solution.

Production and Delivery
We have a standardized medium-voltage switch production line with a monthly production capacity of 1,000 complete machines, which can stably undertake batch orders of 27kV reclosers. The small-batch production cycle of standard specification products is 10-20 days. For large-batch orders, production scheduling can be planned according to customer needs, and the delivery cycle shall be subject to the contract agreement. During the production process, we can regularly push real photos and videos of production progress according to customer requirements, so that customers can grasp the order production status in real time. For repeat customers, we will give priority to production scheduling, and the delivery cycle is better than that of the first order, which can quickly respond to customers' replenishment and project supplementary needs.
After-sales Service
We provide a one-year whole-machine warranty service for all 27kV automatic circuit recloser products, and lifelong technical support and accessory supply. The after-sales team is jointly formed by the quality department and the technical department, and has established a rapid response mechanism to respond to customers' technical consultation and fault feedback in a timely manner. For faults caused by non-human damage during the warranty period, we provide free maintenance and parts replacement services.
