Products Description
With its core advantages of low power consumption and high accuracy, the sensor innovatively integrates four functions: measurement, metering, protection, and power extraction. It can simultaneously output phase voltage, zero-sequence voltage, phase current, and zero-sequence current sampling signals, overcoming the limitations of traditional single-function sensors and becoming a key supporting component for the efficient operation of smart distribution networks.
- The Combination Sensor is suitable for 10 kV distribution network systems and operates reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from −40 ℃ to +70 ℃. It can withstand complex outdoor conditions at altitudes of up to 1000 m and pollution level IV. Even under extreme cold, high temperatures, high-altitude environments, or heavily polluted conditions, it maintains stable and reliable operation, fully meeting the requirements of diverse distribution scenarios.
- Its core performance parameters are excellent. The rated primary voltage is (10 kV/√3), and the rated secondary output is (6.5 V/3), with a measurement accuracy class of 1 (3P). Phase current is available in multiple specifications, including 600 A/1 A (0.5S (5P10), 1 VA) and 600 A/5 A (0.5S (5P10), 5 VA/10 VA). The zero-sequence current supports a 100 A/1 A (1S (5P10), 1 VA/0.5 VA) configuration. These specifications accurately meet the signal acquisition requirements of distribution networks of different scales and provide high-precision data support for power system operation monitoring, metering, billing, and fault protection.
The insulation protection performance meets stringent standards. The insulation withstand voltage between the primary winding and the secondary winding and ground reaches 48 kV for 1 minute, the impulse withstand voltage is 85 kV, the insulation resistance exceeds 1000 MΩ, and partial discharge does not exceed 10 pC under 1.2 Um test conditions. These characteristics effectively resist grid overvoltage surges and partial discharge hazards, ensuring the insulation safety of both the equipment and the distribution system.
This Combination Sensor is widely used in urban 10 kV distribution network upgrades, rural power grid renovations, industrial park power distribution systems, new energy power station grid-connection projects, and outdoor power distribution applications in substations. It meets the comprehensive sensing requirements of traditional distribution networks while aligning with the development trend toward primary and secondary integration in smart distribution networks, laying a solid technical foundation for the safe, efficient, and intelligent operation of power systems.
