The 27kV Load Break Switch has a mechanical life of no less than 10,000 operations and a rated current operation life of at least 500 operations, meeting the requirements for long-term and frequent operation in outdoor environments. It is adaptable to a wide range of complex outdoor conditions and can maintain stable operation in environments with high temperature, high humidity, dust, rain, and snow, demonstrating strong environmental adaptability and durability.

In terms of operational performance, the product is precise and efficient. The closing and opening simultaneity is controlled within ≤2 ms, contact bounce is ≤3 ms, the closing time is ≤60 ms, and the opening time is ≤40 ms. Its rapid response and excellent synchronization ensure smooth and reliable load current switching, effectively avoiding power surges during operation.

The insulation performance meets high industry standards, with a 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage (RMS) of 60 kV for switch contacts, phase-to-phase, and phase-to-ground, and a lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) of 150 kV for the same insulation paths.

Partial discharge is ≤10 pC at a test voltage of 1.2Ur/√3, enabling the switch to withstand grid overvoltage surges and partial discharge risks, thereby ensuring insulation safety and operational stability.

With a rated current of 630 A, the 27kV Load Break Switch is suitable for conventional power transmission requirements in medium- and high-voltage distribution networks.
