Products Description

 

The Electric Current Transducer is compatible with power systems operating at 50 ± 2.5 Hz and can operate reliably within a wide ambient temperature range from −40 °C to +70 °C. Whether under low-temperature conditions in cold regions or in high-temperature outdoor environments, it maintains excellent operational stability, fully meeting the requirements of complex outdoor distribution applications.

 

In terms of core performance parameters, the product delivers accurate and reliable performance. The rated phase current is 600 A/5 A, and the rated zero-sequence current is 100 A/1 A, precisely meeting the current acquisition requirements of distribution networks of different scales. Accuracy classes are strictly defined: phase current protection reaches the 5P10 level, metering and measurement reach the 0.5 class, zero-sequence current protection reaches the 5P10 level, and zero-sequence measurement reaches the 1S class. This ensures high-precision current data acquisition and provides reliable data support for power system metering, billing, and fault protection.

 

The Electric Current Transducer also demonstrates strong load adaptability, with a rated phase load of 10 VA and a rated zero-sequence load of 1 VA, ensuring stable matching with distribution system load requirements. Its insulation performance meets relevant standards, with a secondary terminal-to-ground power-frequency withstand voltage of 2 kV (1 min), an overall power-frequency withstand voltage of 42 kV/min, and a lightning impulse withstand voltage of 85 kV. These characteristics effectively withstand grid overvoltage impacts and insulation stress, ensuring the safe operation of both the equipment itself and the entire distribution system.

 

 

This product is primarily designed for use with ZW32-type pole-mounted high-voltage switches and offers a wide range of application scenarios.
