27kV Cutout Mounted Auto Recloser

The 27kV Cutout Mounted Auto Recloser is a 27kV automatic recloser adopting circuit breaker type installation structure. It is specially designed for the upgrading and transformation of 27kV single-phase branch lines, and can directly replace drop-out fuses of the same voltage level without modifying the original installation base and line structure, greatly reducing transformation construction costs and power outage time. This product integrates the reliable breaking performance of circuit breakers and the automatic recovery function of reclosers. Compared with traditional fuses, it has complete automatic reclosing capability, can automatically handle transient faults to restore power supply without manual pole-climbing operation, greatly reducing operation and maintenance workload and power outage duration. In terms of safety performance and scenario adaptability, this circuit breaker type recloser adopts vacuum arc extinguishing technology, with no open flame and no fuse wire falling during breaking. Its safety performance is much higher than traditional drop-out fuses, making it especially suitable for areas with high fire protection requirements such as forest areas and grasslands. The equipment adopts an integrated sealed structure, with internal components not affected by the external environment, maintenance-free in operation, and no need for regular fuse replacement. The whole equipment adopts outdoor weather-resistant design, with corrosion-proof and UV-resistant enclosure, and a protection grade of IP65, enabling long-term stable operation outdoors. In response to the transformation needs of 27kV lines, we have optimized the installation interface dimensions of the product, which is fully compatible with mainstream fuse mounting bases. At the same time, we have optimized the arc extinguishing performance and mechanical life to ensure long-term reliable operation of the product after replacing fuses, and greatly improve the power supply reliability of lines.

In response to the batch transportation needs of transformation projects, we adopt a standardized export packaging scheme. The interior of the product is fully wrapped with shock-proof foam and moisture-proof film, and the exterior is packed with reinforced wooden cases, which can effectively resist shock and vibration during long-distance transportation. For overseas orders, we can comply with FOB trade terms, be responsible for the costs of transporting goods to the port and customs declaration, and also negotiate EXW, DDP and other trade terms according to customer needs. Each batch of goods will undergo strict packaging inspection before delivery to ensure firm and reliable packaging, complete accessories, and clear identification, and guarantee the safe and sound delivery of goods to the project site.

For conventional standard products, the settlement method is 30% advance payment for production arrangement, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment; if customized special installation interface or functional configuration is required, 50% advance payment is required, and shipment is arranged after full payment. We support various international settlement currencies such as US dollars, euros, and British pounds, and all currencies that can be normally settled across borders are acceptable. For large-volume procurement orders of transformation projects, we provide tiered discounts. The larger the purchase volume, the greater the discount. At the same time, more flexible payment policies can be negotiated for long-term cooperative distributors. All terms shall be subject to the formal contract agreed by both parties.
