15KV Automatic Circuit Recloser

With an IP67 protection rating and a mechanical life of no less than 10,000 operations, its high level of integration and reliability makes it a key device for enhancing grid intelligence and improving user experience. The automatic circuit recloser uses vacuum as the arc-extinguishing medium, while the insulation system adopts a combination of solid epoxy resin and air, resulting in excellent insulation performance.

The rated short-time power-frequency withstand voltage to ground, phase-to-phase, and across the contacts is 50 kV, and the rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) to ground, phase-to-phase, and across the contacts reaches 110 kV. Partial discharge is ≤ 10 pC under a test voltage of 1.2 Ur/√3, effectively resisting grid overvoltage and partial discharge risks and ensuring stable operation in complex voltage environments.

The core performance parameters are outstanding. The recloser has a rated current of 630 A, meeting the power transmission requirements of medium- and high-voltage distribution networks.

It features a rated short-circuit making current (peak) of 31.5 kA and a rated short-time withstand current of 12.5 kA for 3 seconds. It can respond rapidly to short-circuit faults, reliably make and withstand fault currents, and, when combined with the automatic reclosing function, promptly restore power supply and reduce outage losses.
