The device features an IP67 protection rating and a mechanical life of no less than 10,000 operations. The enclosure adopts the standard RAL 7042 color, combining practicality with aesthetics, making it a key piece of equipment for improving grid intelligence and enhancing user experience.
The 24kV Auto Circuit Recloser delivers excellent core performance, with a rated current of 630 A, a rated short-circuit breaking current of 20 kA, and a rated short-circuit making current and rated peak withstand current of 50 kA.
The rated short-time withstand current is 20 kA for 4 seconds. It can respond rapidly to short-circuit faults, reliably making and breaking fault currents, and effectively restoring power through its automatic reclosing function, thereby reducing outage losses.
The rated cable charging breaking current is 25 A, and temperature rise limits strictly comply with the GB/T 11022 standard, ensuring stable operation under various working conditions.
Operating performance is precise and efficient, following the rated operating sequence of "Open – 0.3 s – Close-Open – 180 s – Close-Open." Closing and opening simultaneity is ≤ 2 ms, contact bounce time is ≤ 2 ms, closing time of the spring operating mechanism is ≤ 60 ms, opening time is ≤ 40 ms, energy storage time is ≤ 15 s, energy storage power is ≤ 240 W, and instantaneous switching power is ≤ 380 W. The operating mode supports both electric and manual operation and is compatible with a DC 24 V rated control voltage, flexibly meeting different operational requirements.
Insulation performance meets high industry standards, with a 1-minute power-frequency withstand voltage (RMS) of 79 kV across the switch contacts and 65 kV between phases and to ground. The lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak) is 145 kV across the switch contacts and 125 kV between phases and to ground, effectively resisting overvoltage surges.
