• The Single phase Recloser features a permanent-magnet operating mechanism and supports both electric and manual operating modes. The manual operating mechanism incorporates a mechanical interlock to prevent misoperation. Each phase inside the enclosure is independently equipped with a mechanical operation counter, and a visible window on the side of the enclosure allows maintenance personnel to conveniently view the number of switching operations in real time, significantly improving maintenance efficiency and equipment management.

• Its core performance is outstanding, with a rated breaking current of 16 kA, a rated short-circuit breaking capacity of not less than 30 operations, and a rated short-time withstand current of 16 kA for 3 seconds. The device can respond rapidly to short-circuit faults, efficiently interrupt fault currents, and quickly restore power supply through its linked reclosing function, thereby reducing power outage losses.

• The insulation performance meets stringent requirements, with a rated power-frequency withstand voltage of 60 kV across the contact gap, a rated lightning impulse withstand voltage of 110 kV to ground and between phases, and a minimum external creepage distance of 31 mm/kV. These features effectively protect the equipment against grid overvoltage surges and outdoor environmental corrosion, ensuring long-term insulation stability.

The operating process follows the scientific sequence of "O-0.5 s-CO-2 s-CO-5 s-CO," ensuring precise and coordinated operation, rapid response, and a balanced combination of safety and practicality.
