It adopts a pillar-type three-phase solid-sealed pole structure, with current transformers and voltage sensors integrated within the poles. Combined with a permanent-magnet operating mechanism and a three-phase direct-acting transmission system, it achieves precise and synchronous three-phase operation. The device supports both electric switching and manual tripping from the front of the enclosure (manual tripping adopts a three-phase linkage mechanism). The enclosure is equipped with a mechanical counter to display the number of switching operations.
The auto circuit recloser has an IP65 protection rating and a mechanical life of no less than 10,000 operating cycles, making it a key piece of equipment for smart grid construction and for improving power supply stability and user experience. It uses vacuum as the arc-extinguishing medium, ensuring reliable arc-extinguishing performance.
The rated breaking current is 16 kA, the rated short-time withstand current is 16 kA for 3 seconds, and the rated short-circuit breaking current has a breaking capacity of not less than 30 operations. The device can respond rapidly to short-circuit faults, efficiently interrupt fault currents, and restore power supply through its automatic reclosing function, significantly reducing power outage losses.
It exhibits excellent insulation performance, with a rated power-frequency withstand voltage of 70 kV across the contact gap and a rated lightning impulse withstand voltage of 170 kV to ground and between phases. The minimum external creepage distance is 31 mm/kV, effectively resisting grid overvoltage surges and corrosion in complex outdoor environments, thereby ensuring long-term stable operation.

The operating design is scientific and well-structured, following the rated operating sequence of "O-0.5 s-CO-2 s-CO-5 s-CO." The operating actions are well coordinated and responsive. The manual tripping function, combined with the mechanical operation counter, enhances operational flexibility and allows maintenance personnel to easily monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time.
